10.4. McCook Contract Setup / Ad Scheduling

CONTRACT RATE AD SCHEDULING (Display Ads Module)                01/24/13

 

Bulk Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select NEBULKR
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract linage (300, 1000, 2000, 4000 or 6000 inches)

 

Frequency Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select NEFREQ
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the frequency volume (12, 24, 156 or 312)

 

Business Directory Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select NEBDIR
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract volume (4, 8 or 12 weeks)

 

Realtor Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select NEREALTOR
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract linage (459 or  918 inches)

 

Ad Scheduling

  1. Select Insert New Order in the Select Insert Mode window
  2. In the Pub Selection window, select MC01
  3. Select the insertion date(s)
  4. Select the Salesrep
  5. In the Product field, select LOCL or CLDP, accordingly
  6. In the Section field, select from the available options
  7. Enter the Column and Height information, or select an available Ad Size
  8. Enter color information if required
  9. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.

 

 

Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select NEFREQ
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the frequency volume (13, 26 or 52)

 

Ad Scheduling

  1. Select Insert New Order in the Select Insert Mode window
  2. In the Pub Selection window, select MC04
  3. Select the insertion date(s)
  4. Select the Salesrep
  5. In the Product field, select LOCL
  6. In the Section field, select from the available options
  7. Select the appropriate Ad Size
  8. Enter color information if required
  9. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.

 

 

Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select NEINSERTS
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the frequency volume (12 or 50)

 

Ad Scheduling

  1. Select Insert New Order in the Select Insert Mode window
  2. In the Pub Selection window, select MC01
  3. Select the insertion date(s)
  4. Select the Salesrep
  5. In the Product field, select INSE
  6. In the Section field, select from the available options
  7. Select the appropriate insert Ad Size
  8. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.
