Nebraska Classified Ad Scheduling Guidelines                                       06/10/10

 

CLASSIFIED LINE ADS (Classified Ads Module)

 

 

Daily Word Rates

  1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set to L (Liner)
  2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
  3. In the Class. field, select a classification
  4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication MC01
  5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion date(s)
  6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

 

Garage Sale Ads

  1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set to L (Liner)
  2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
  3. In the Class field, select a yard sale classification
  4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication MC01
  5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion date(s)
  6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

 

Card of Thanks / Memorial Ads

  1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set to L (Liner)
  2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
  3. In the Class. field, select classification 1200
  4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication MC01
  5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates
  6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

 

Legal Ads

  1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set to L (Liner)
  2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
  3. In the Class. field, select classification 0999
  4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication MC01
  5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion date(s)
  6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab, and ensure that the font size is set to 11 points

 

 

Regular Rate

  1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set to L (Liner)
  2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
  3. In the Class. field, select a classification
  4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication MC02
  5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates
  6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

 

Six-Day Gazette Classified Rate (Free Big Nickel)

  1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set to L (Liner)
  2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
  3. In the Class. field, select a classification
  4. In the Pub Selection window, select Combo  CNEC (MDG & BN Combo)
  5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates for both publications
  6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab
