RETAIL ADVERTISING (Display Ads Module)

 

• Cassville Democrat

 

Local Display – Open and Earned Discount Rates

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LOCL
5. In the Section field, select from the available options
6. Enter the Column and Height information
7. Enter color information if required

 

Classified Display

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select CLDP
5. In the Section field, select CLAS
6. In the Class field, select a classification
7. Enter the Column and Height information
8. Enter color information if required

 

Classified Display – Real Estate Weekly Rate

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Ad Type field, select REAL
5. In the Product field, select CLDP
6. In the Section field, select CLAS
7. In the Class field, select a real estate classification (e.g. 4900)
8. Enter the Column and Height information
9. Enter color information if required

 

Statewide Classifieds (Billing Only)

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select CLRD
5. In the Section field, select CLAS
6. In the Class field, select a classification
7. In the Size field, select FIRST25
8. If additional word charges apply, select WORD in the Misc. 1 field located under the Price heading, and enter the additional amount in the adjacent blank field

 

Public Notices & Legals

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LEGL
5. In the Section field, select CLAS
6. In the Class field, select 0999
7. Enter the Column and Height information

 

National Advertising (Local Display)

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select NATL
5. In the Section field, select from the available options
6. Enter the Column and Height information
7. Enter color information if required

 

Political Advertising (Local Display)

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select POLI
5. In the Section field, select from the available options
6. Enter the Column and Height information
7. Enter color information if required

 

Civic and Non-Profit (Local Display)

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Ad Type field, select NP (Non-profit)
5. In the Product field, select LOCL
6. In the Section field, select from the available options
7. Enter the Column and Height information
8. Enter color information if required

 

Here's My Card (Local Display)

1. Select Publication CS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LOCL
5. In the Section field, select MAIN
6. In the Size field, select 2x2 Here's My Card

• B-DAY – Happy Birthday Message & Photo
• COMM – Card of Thanks or In Memoriam
• NOTICE – Not Responsible Notice
8. If additional word charges apply, select WORD in the Misc. 1 field located under the Price heading, and enter the additional amount in the adjacent blank field.  Similarly, select PHOT if there are photo charges to be applied

 

• Monett Shopper

1. Select Publication CS05
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LOCL
5. In the Section field, select from the available options
6. Enter the Column and Height information

1. Select Insert New Order in the Select Insert Mode window
2. In the Pub Selection window under Combos, select 01
3. Select the insertion dates for both CS04 and CS05
4. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
5. In the Product field, select LOCL
6. In the Section field, select from the available options
7. Enter the Column and Height information
8. Enter color information if required
