15.6. Contract Setup / Ad Scheduling

CONTRACT RATE AD SCHEDULING (Display Ads Module)                01/12/10

 

• Carroll County Marketplace Annual Bulk Contract

 

Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
2. In the Contract Type field, select MOARBULK
3. Enter a short description in the Description field
4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
5. Select the contract Begin Date
6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract linage (300, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000 or 4000 inches)

 

Ad Scheduling

1. Select Insert New Order in the Select Insert Mode window
2. In the Pub Selection window under Combos, select B04
3. Select the insertion date(s)
4. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
5. In the Product field, select LOCL
6. In the Section field, select from the available options
7. Enter the Column and Height information
8. Enter color information if required
9. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.
10. Click on the Save icon, and proceed with the next publication
