15.5. Insert Scheduling

PREPRINT INSERT SCHEDULING (Display Ads Module)                     01/12/10

 

 

Regular Inserts

  1. Select Publication BR01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select PPST
  6. In the Size field, select from the following options:
    • SINGLE – Single Sheet
    • UP6PAGE – Broadsheet up to 6 Pages
    • OVER6PAGE – Broadsheet over 6 Pages
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

 

National Inserts

  1. Select Publication BR01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Ad Type field, select NATL
  5. In the Product field, select INSE
  6. In the Section field, select PPST
  7. In the Size field, select from the following options:
    • SINGLE – Single Sheet
    • UP6PAGE – Broadsheet up to 6 Pages
    • OVER6PAGE – Broadsheet over 6 Pages
  8. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select PPST
  6. In the Size field, select from the following options:
    • SINGLE – Single Sheet
    • UP6PAGE – Broadsheet up to 6 Pages
    • OVER6PAGE – Broadsheet over 6 Pages
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

 

National Inserts

  1. Select Publication BR04
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Ad Type field, select NATL
  5. In the Product field, select INSE
  6. In the Section field, select PPST
  7. In the Size field, select from the following options:
    • SINGLE – Single Sheet
    • UP6PAGE – Broadsheet up to 6 Pages
    • OVER6PAGE – Broadsheet over 6 Pages

  5. In the Section field, select PPTB
  6. In the Size field, select from the following options:
    • SINGLE – Single Sheet
    • 4-8PAGE – 4-8 Page Tab
    • 12PAGE – 12-16 Page Tab
    • 16OVER – Over 16 Pages
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
