11.7. Contract Setup / Ad Scheduling

CONTRACT RATE AD SCHEDULING (Display Ads Module)                09/17/09

 

 

Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select MDNBULK
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract linage (500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2750 or 3500 inches)

 

Ad Scheduling

  1. Select Publication MS01 or Combo E01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select LOCL
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information
  7. Enter color information if required
  8. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.
  9. Click on the Save icon, and proceed with the next publication if entering multiple pubs.

 

 

Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select MDNVIDEO
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract dollar amount (163, 213, 289, 339, 349, 399, 479, 529, 655 or 705)

 

Billing

  1. Select Publication MS01
  2. Select the billing date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select MLAD
  5. In the Section field, select MAIN
  6. In the Ad Size field, select V/PBILL
  7. Under the Price heading in the Ad | Order tab, click on the Search icon adjacent to the Misc. 1 field and select PVID

 

Ad Scheduling

  1. Select the appropriate Publication (MS01 or MS04)
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select MLAD
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information
  7. Enter color information if required
  8. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.
  9. Click on the Save icon, and proceed with the next publication if entering multiple pubs.
