11.6. Insert Scheduling

PREPRINT INSERT SCHEDULING (Display Ads Module)                     09/16/09

 

 

  1. Select Publication MS01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select PPTB
  6. In the Size field, select from the available preprint sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
  8. If there is a zoning charge, click on the Search icon adjacent to the Misc. 1 field under the Price heading, and select ZONE

 

 

  1. Under Combos, select E01 (Marshall TMC Combo)
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select PPTB
  6. In the Size field, select from the available preprint sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
  8. If there is a zoning charge, click on the Search icon adjacent to the Misc. 1 field under the Price heading, and select ZONE

 

 

  1. Select Publication MS02
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select either PPTB or PPMN
  6. In the Size field, select from the available preprint sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

 

 

Regular Rate

  1. Select Publication MS03
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select PPTB
  6. In the Size field, select from the available preprint sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
  8. If there is a zoning charge, click on the Search icon adjacent to the Misc. 1 field under the Price heading, and select ZONE

 

National Rate

  1. Select Publication MS03
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select PPTB
  6. In the Size field, select from the available preprint sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
  8. If there is a zoning charge, click on the Search icon adjacent to the Misc. 1 field under the Price heading, and select ZONE
