RETAIL ADVERTISING (Display Ads Module)

Local Display

1. Select Publication MS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LOCL
5. In the Section field, select from the available options
6. Enter the Column and Height information
7. Enter color information if required

 

Classified Display

1. Select Publication MS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select CLDP
5. In the Section field, select CLAS
6. In the Class. field, select a classification
7. Enter the Column and Height information
8. Enter color information if required

 

National Advertisers (Local Display)

1. Select Publication MS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select NATL
5. In the Section field, select from the available options
6. Enter the Column and Height information
7. Enter color information if required

 

National Advertisers (Classified Display)

1. Select Publication MS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Ad Type field, select NATL (National)
5. In the Product field, select CLDP
6. In the Section field, select CLAS
7. In the Class. field, select a classification
8. Enter the Column and Height information
9. Enter color information if required

 

Church and Civic Organizations (Local Display)

1. Select Publication MS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Ad Type field, select CBP (Client-Based Pricing)
5. In the Product field, select LOCL
6. In the Section field, select from the available options
7. Enter the Column and Height information
8. Enter color information if required

 

Church Page

1. Select Publication MS01
2. Select the insertion date(s) (Fridays Only)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LOCL
5. In the Section field, select CHUP (Church Page)
6. In the  Ad Size field, select CHURCH

 

Legal Advertising

1. Select Publication MS01
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LEGL
5. In the Section field, select CLAS
6. In the Class. field, select classification 0999
7. Enter the Column and Height information

 

Marshall Democrat News / Saline County Citizen TMC

1. Under Combos, select E01 (Marshall TMC Combo)
2. Select the insertion date(s) for both publications (MS01 and MS04)
3. Schedule the ad using the regular procedure

 

½ Price Pickup Discount

1. Schedule the ad according to the regular procedure
2. Under the Price heading in the Ad | Order tab, click on the Search icon adjacent to the Misc. 1 field
3. Select PUAD (Pick-up Ad Discount)

 

• Saline County Citizen Only (Non-TMC)

 

Local Display

1. Select Publication MS04
2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LOCL
5. In the Section field, select from the available options
6. Enter the Column and Height information

2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
4. In the Product field, select LOCL
5. In the Section field, select BDIR (Business Directory)
6. In the Ad Size field, select MMBDIR

2. Select the insertion date(s)
3. Select the Salesrep based on profit center
