12.4. Insert Scheduling

PREPRINT INSERT SCHEDULING (Display Ads Module)                     05/14/10

 

 

Regular Inserts

  1. Select Publication LM01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select the applicable page format
  6. In the Size field, select from the available sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

 

Frequency Insert Rates

  1. Select Publication LM01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Ad Type field, select either 4IS (4x year) or 12IS (12x year)
  5. In the Product field, select INSE
  6. In the Section field, select the applicable page format
  7. In the Size field, select from the available sizes
  8. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

 

 

Regular Inserts

  1. Select Insert New Order in the Select Insert Mode window
  2. In the Pub Selection window under Combos, select D01
  3. Select the insertion dates for both LM01 and LM09
  4. Select the Salesrep
  5. In the Product field, select INSE
  6. In the Section field, select the applicable page format
  7. In the Size field, select from the available sizes
  8. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

 

Frequency Insert Rates

  1. Select Insert New Order in the Select Insert Mode window
  2. In the Pub Selection window under Combos, select D01
  3. Select the insertion dates for both LM01 and LM09
  4. Select the Salesrep
  5. In the Ad Type field, select either 4IS (4x year) or 12IS (12x year)
  6. In the Product field, select INSE
  7. In the Section field, select the applicable page format
  8. In the Size field, select from the available sizes
  9. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select the applicable page format
  6. In the Size field, select from the available sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

  1. Select Publication LM04
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Ad Type field, select either 4IS (4x year) or 12IS (12x year)
  5. In the Product field, select INSE
  6. In the Section field, select the applicable page format
  7. In the Size field, select from the available sizes
  8. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

  8. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field

 

* Inserts may be scheduled for the Kingsley News-Times or Sioux Valley News only by selecting the individual pub instead of the combo.

  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select the applicable page format
  6. In the Size field, select from the available sizes
  7. Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
