CLASSIFIED LINE ADS (Classified Ads Module)

• Le Mars Daily Sentinel

 

Daily Word Rates

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set to L (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication LM01
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates (2-5 insertions)
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

 

Commercial Monthly Classified Word Rate

1. Ensure that client Type C is selected in the Client | Profile
2. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
3. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
4. In the Class field, select a classification
5. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication LM01
6. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates (19-23 insertions)
7. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

 

5 Day Rate (Includes Shopper's Guide & Country Guide)

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Package IA03LDS (LDS 5 Day)
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates for all three pubs
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

Buy One Group Rate (LDS, KNT, SVN, CCT, RBE, CAA, SG, CG)

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Combo CBUY
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select one insertion date for each of the publications in the combo
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

• Cherokee Chronicle Times

 

Regular Rate

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification (non-yard sale or card-of-thanks)
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication LM04
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

Garage Sale Ads

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class field, select a yard sale classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication LM04
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

 

Card of Thanks Ad

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select classification 1200
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication LM04
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

Fab Five Rate (CCT & CAA)

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Combo CFAB
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select 4 insertion dates for the CCT and one insertion in the CAA
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

• Cherokee Area Advertiser

 

Regular Rate

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication LM06
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

• Remsen Bell-Enterprise

 

Regular Rate

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Publication LM05
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

• Kingsley News-Times & Sioux Valley News

 

Regular Rate

1. Ensure that the Ad Type is set toL (Liner)
2. Ensure the Salesrep field selection is correct
3. In the Class. field, select a classification
4. In the Pub Selection window, select Combo CKSC*
5. In the Ad | Order tab, select the insertion dates for each publication
6. Compose the ad in either the Ad | Orderor Ad | Texttab

 

• Add-On Publications (in addition to regular pubs and/or combos)

1. Schedule the ad according to regular procedures and select the "primary" publication or combo
2. In the Pub Selection window, select from the following available Packages to "add-on" additional pubs:

• IA01LDS – Le Mars Daily Sentinel
• IA02CCT – Cherokee Chronicle Times
• IA04KNT – Kingsley News-Times
• IA05SVN – Sioux Valley News
• IA06AA – Area Advertiser
• IA07SG – Shopper's Guide
• IA08CG – Country Guide
• IA09RBE – Remsen Bell-Enterprise
