  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select LOCL
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  7. Enter color information if required

 

Local Display Pickup Rate (Repeat Ad)

  1. Select Publication SH01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Ad Type field, select RA
  5. In the Product field, select LOCL

  7. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  8. Enter color information if required

  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select CLDP
  5. In the Section field, select CLAS
  6. In the Class field, select a classification
  7. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  8. Enter color information if required

 

National Advertising

  1. Select Publication SH01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select NATL
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  7. Enter color information if required

 

Political Advertising

  1. Select Publication SH01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select POLI
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  7. Enter color information if required

 

Non-Profit Rate (Local Display)

  1. Select Publication SH01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Ad Type field, select NP (Non-profit)
  5. In the Product field, select LOCL
  6. In the Section field, select from the available options
  7. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  8. Enter color information if required

 

Service Card Directory

  1. Select Publication SH01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Ad Type field, select from the following options:
    • SD5D – 5 Day Rate
    • SD2W – 2 Week Rate
    • SD1M – 1 Month Rate
  5. In the Product field, select LOCL
  6. In the Section field, select from the available options
  7. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  8. Enter color information if required

 

Automotive Ads

  1. Select Publication SH01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Ad Type field, select AUTO
  5. In the Product field, select LOCL
  6. In the Section field, select from the available options
  7. Enter the Column  and Height information
  8. Enter color information if required

 

Paid Obituaries

  1. Select Publication SH01
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select OBIT
  5. In the Section field, select OBIT
  6. Under the Price heading, in the Nb. Inserts field, enter the number of words

 

Tabloid Sections

  1. Select Publication SH06
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select LOCL
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information, or an ad size if applicable
  7. Enter color information if required

 

Inserts
