Special Rate: U200 – Under $250 – FREE
U2K – $251-$2000 - $7.00 for up to 15 lines, then $1.00/line
U5K – $2001-$5000 - $12.00 for up to 15 lines, then $1.00/line
O5K – Over $5000 - $17.00 for up to
