9.2. Contract Rate Scheduling

CONTRACT RATE AD SCHEDULING (Display Ads Module)

Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select INDBULKR
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract linage (130, 250, 500, 1000, 3000, 5000 or 7000 inches)

Ad Scheduling

  1. Select Publication GC01, GC02, or GC03
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select LOCL
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information
  7. Enter color information if required
  8. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.
  9. Click on the Save icon.

  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract linage (175, 350, 650, 1300, 4000, 6700 or 9500 inches)

Ad Scheduling

  1. Select Publication GC01, GC02, or GC03
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select CLDP
  5. In the Section field, select from the available options
  6. Enter the Column and Height information
  7. Enter color information if required
  8. Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes button.
  9. Click on the Save icon.

 

 

Contract Set-Up (Client | Contract tab)

  1. Under Rate Method, select Contract Type
  2. In the Contract Type field, select INDINSE
  3. Enter a short description in the Description field
  4. Select a sales rep or sales manager in the Manager field
  5. Select the contract Begin Date
  6. In the Period Id / Period fields, select ANNUAL | 1
  7. In the Volume Id / Value fields, select the contract linage (3, 14, 24 or 46)

Inserts Scheduling

  1. Select Publication GC01, GC02, or GC03
  2. Select the insertion date(s)
  3. Select the Salesrep
  4. In the Product field, select INSE
  5. In the Section field, select PPTB
  6. In the Size field, select from the following options:
    • SINGLE – Single Sheet
    • 4-12TAB – 4-12 Page Tab
    • 16-24TAB – 16-24 Page Tab
    • 28-36TAB – 28-36 Page Tab

7.  Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field            
8.  Click on the Calculator icon.  When prompted whether a contract should apply, click on the Yes
button.
9.  Click on the Save icon.
