RETAIL DISPLAY

1.   Select Publication
2.   Select the insertion date(s)
3.   In the Product field, select LOCL
4.   In the Section field, select from the available options
5.   Enter the Column and Height information, or select an Ad Size if applicable
6.   Enter color information if required

* For non-profit, change Ad Type to NP for correct rates.
* 5 Day & Monthly/Til Further Notice Courier News Combo ads should use Ad Type 5DR or 30DR, respectively.

-Â Â Â Scheduling a Retail Ad into a non-Dyersburg Publication
1.   Select the client you wish to schedule the ad for.
2.   In the Client | Profile tab, ensure that the entry in the Rate Card Type field corresponds to your location. If this field is blank, or incorrect, click on the adjacent Search icon and make the appropriate selection. Then, save the changes to the client profile by clicking on the Save icon.
3.   Select the Insert New Order option in the Select Insert Mode window.
4.   Select the publications according to the regular procedure. ***
5.   When scheduling the ad, select ASIR or ASIC (Ads Sold Into Retail or Ads Sold Into Classified, respectively) in the Product field for any other locations' publication. Select the local display (LOCL) product for your publication only.
Note: Ads sold into the Big Nickel will always be ASIR.
6.   Save the ad for each publication in the order. Remember to change the Product field entry as required.
***In order to get the discounted rate for picking up all VNI publications; instead of selecting each publication, choose Combo Q01 – VNI Papers Pickup.

CLASSIFIED DISPLAY (Display Ads Module)
-   All Locations – Classified Advertising
1.   Select Publication
2.   Select the insertion date(s)
3.   In the Product field, select CLDP
4.   In the Section field, select CLAS
5.   Enter the Column and Height information, or select an Ad Size if applicable
6.   Enter color information if required

INSERT SCHEDULING
-   All Locations – Pre-Printed Inserts
1.   Select Publication
2.   Select the insertion date(s)
i. For locations offering TMC rates, change Ad Type to TMC as necessary for correct rates.
3.   In the Product field, select INSE
4.   In the Section field, select PPST (standard)
5.   In the Size field, select INSERTS or NTLINSE (for National Inserts rate)
6.   Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
7.   Add Options PPAD, ZONE or HAND as necessary for Additional Pages, Zoning or Handling Fees. For Handling Fees, you must manually input this price due to system restrictions.
*For Pickup Inserts, choose Product INPU.
-   All Locations – Commercially Printed Inserts
1.   Select Publication
2.   Select the insertion date(s)
3.   In the Product field, select INSP
4.   In the Section field, select PPST (standard)
5.   In the Size field, select INSERTS
6.   Under the Price heading, enter the number of inserts in the Nb. Inserts field
7.   Add Option CPR for Commercial Printing
8.   Add Option ZONE as necessary for Zoning Fees
