7.3. Classified Ad Scheduling Guidelines

CLASSIFIED LINE ADS (Classified Ads Module)

-    Dyersburg State Gazette (incl. Dyersburg News)
1.    Under Publications, select DB01
2.    Select Ad Type Liner (L)
3.    Select the insertion dates
4.    In the Class. field, select a classification
5.    Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

* For National liner rates, change Special Rate Code to NATL on Ad | Order tab

LOST & FOUND ADS

- Dyersburg State Gazette (incl. Dyersburg News)
1.    Under Packages, select DB01LTFD
2.    Select Ad Type Liner (L)
3.    Select the insertion date(s)
4.    In the Class. field, select 1235 or 1236
5.    Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

LEGAL ADS (Classified Ads Module)

-    Dyersburg State Gazette (incl. Dyersburg News) (Tabulated) – Commercial Clients (C) Only
1.    Under Publications, select DB01
2.    Select Ad Type Semi-Display (SD)
3.    Select the insertion date(s)
4.    In the Class. Field, select classification 0999
5.    Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab*

* If the ad is more than one column, change the Width setting located at the upper right-hand corner in the Ad | Text tab to the desired number of columns.

FREE ADS

-    Dyersburg State Gazette (incl. Dyersburg News) Free Ads (Free for Taking) – Private Party Clients (P) Only
1.    Under Packages, select DB02FREE
2.    Select the insertion date(s)
3.    Select Ad Type Liner (L)
4.    In the Class. Field, select classification 1215
5.    Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

-    Dyersburg State Gazette (incl. Dyersburg News) Free Ads (Super Saver) – Private Party Clients (P) Only
1.    Under Packages, select DB02SUPR
2.    Select the insertion date(s)
3.    Select Ad Type Liner (L)
4.    In the Class. Field, select classification accordingly
5.    Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

GARAGE SALES

-    Dyersburg State Gazette (incl. Dyersburg News) – Private Party Clients (P) Only
1.    Under Publications, select DB01
2.    Select the insertion date(s)
3.    Select Ad Type Semi-Display (SD)
4.    In the Class. Field, select classification 1000
5.    Change Ad Format to GS1X2 or GS2X2 under the Ad | Text tab, adding a border
6.    Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

DISPLAY ADS (Classified Module)

- Dyersburg State Gazette (incl. Dyersburg News)
1.    Under Publications, select DB01
2.    Select the insertion date(s)
3.    Select Ad Type Semi-Display (SD)
4.    In the Class. Field, select classification accordingly
5.    Compose the ad in either the Ad | Order or Ad | Text tab

* For 3 Day Rate or 5 Day Rate, instead of selecting DB01, choose Package DB3DCD (3 Days Daily), DB3DCW (3 Days w/ Wednesday) or DB5CSD (5 Days).

* For National or Non-Profit rates, change Special Rate Card to NPFT (Non-Profit) or NATL (National).
